JCDecaux offers various products and services to our partners: Free street furniture including operating services, as well as operation and development of advertising arenas

Since the start-up in 1998, we have delivered advertising revenues and products / services to a total value of NOK 2,5 billion to Norwegian municipalities, property managers, shopping centers and public transport companies.

Reading cure

JCDecaux has supplied advertising-funded reading cures to cities since 1964. The collaboration with some of the world's leading designers has resulted in a large catalog of different variants. In Norway, JCDecaux has deployed reading rooms designed by Birger Heyerdahl, Norman Foster, Marc Aurel, Knud Holscher and JCDecaux Design Studio. Newer reading rooms can be equipped with a number of Smart City elements such as sensors, interactive info systems, USB chargers etc.

JCDecaux developed the first self-cleaning toilet for Paris in 1980. We currently operate the world's two largest contracts for public toilets in Paris (400 units) and in Berlin (300 units). JCDecaux has deployed a number of variants in Norway, designed by Philip Cox, Norman Foster, Birger Heyerdahl and JCDecaux Design Studio.

City bikes

As part of JCDecaux's rich product portfolio, we offer various forms of city bike services with associated advertising funding. JCDecaux normally stands for investment, operation and maintenance. The concept ranges from traditional city bikes to electric bikes and scooters.

Information systems

The road from funding through advertising to developing public information systems is not long. JCDecaux offers a range of information systems that range from historical signage with well-designed cast iron products, via analogue paper-based products, to digital interactive solutions. The various solutions are currently in use in a number of Norwegian cities.

Other furniture
